WWE Star Admits They ‘Don’t Eat Very Healthy’ WWE

A WWE star admitted they “don’t eat very healthy” during an appearance on a fellow roster member’s YouTube series.

While he may currently be at home recovering after undergoing shoulder surgery in late 2025, WWE veteran Sheamus’ Celtic Warrior Workouts YouTube series recently returned following a five month hiatus.

After having reigning NXT North American Champion Ethan Page on the show two weeks ago for his “Ego Lift” workout, Sheamus’ welcomed Sol Ruca to the show for a “Sol-Snatching” bodyweight routine.

As is typically custom during any guest’s appearance on Celtic Warrior Workouts, Sheamus asked Ruca what her favorite cheat meal is, to which the former NXT Women’s North American Champion made an admission that she doesn’t eat very healthy and often sneaks in a “sweet treat” after every meal.

Ruca said:

“I don’t eat very healthy to be honest. I have to have a sweet treat after like every meal.

“But if I had to have a cheat meal… are you talking about like ‘meal meal,’ like food, or like dessert?

“It’s tough. A cheeseburger, or a bacon cheeseburger. I think I might just be hungry now and that’s what I want, but I love a good cheeseburger.”

On last night’s WWE NXT, Ruca became the number one contender for Jacy Jayne’s NXT Women’s Championship by getting the decisive pinfall in her and ZARIA’s tag team match with Kendal grey and Wren Sinclair.

Ruca vs. Jayne will take place on the February 24 episode of NXT, which is being held at Center Stage in Atlanta, Georgia.
