September 10th was Suicide Prevention Day. A handful of WWE stars took time out of their busy schedule to tweet their thoughts, share their feelings and letting people know that even in their darkest times they’re not alone.

2.5yrs ago I lost one of my favorite humans in the world to suicide. I miss him more and more everyday. Never be afraid to ask for help. #WorldSuicidePreventationDay pic.twitter.com/OSH1sFViMZ

Perhaps the most harrowing tweet came from one of the most unexpected sources, proving that suicidal thoughts can affect anyone.
Known as one-third of the flamboyant trio the New Day, Xavier Woods is prone to spreading joy, happiness, and pancake syrup as across WWE, all while preaching about the “Power of Positivity.”
However, in his tweet, the five-time Tag Team Champion talked about how he made the decision as a younger man to take his life. Thankfully, a close friend convinced him otherwise.
A younger me once made the decision that I wasnt worth being here anymore. Right before that moment ended, a friend saved me and I'm forever grateful. If you ever feel this way then please talk to someone. Know that you ARE worthy & you ARE worth it.#WorldSuicidePreventationDay

The World Health Organization estimates that over 800,000 people take their own lives each year. And up to 25 times as many make a suicide attempt. If you are someone reading this right now who is in that dark place, talk to someone. You are not alone. You Matter.
