WWE Star Advances In New Women’s United States Championship Tournament WWE

On tonight’s WWE SmackDown another star advanced in the tournament to decide the first WWE Women’s United States Champion.

Last week, Bayley advanced in her three-way quarter-final match against B-Fab and Candice LeRae.

Tonight’s match was Blair Davenport vs Bianca Belair vs Chelsea Green, with the winner moving on to face Bayley in the semi-final round.

As it looked like Belair may have had the match won, footage was shown on the video screen of Jade Cargill laid out on top of a car after seemingly being attacked.

When deciding whether or not to run away from the match to check on her tag team partner or continue, Bianca opted to abandon the match and check on Jade.

Back in the ring, Chelsea Green and Blair Davenport would have a short exchange before Green was able to capture the win and move on to the semi-finals.

WWE is said to be preparing for a ‘premium live event caliber’ presentation on NBC for Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 14, which is where the final of the tournament will take place and the first champion will be crowned.

The other half of the draw’s quarter-finals are Jade Cargill vs Michin vs Piper Niven, and Naomi vs Tiffany Stratton vs Elektra Lopez.
