WWE/AEW
A former WWE star made their in-ring AEW debut at last night’s taping for the Saturday, November 1 episode of Collision.
Last week’s October 26 episode of AEW Collision saw a former WWE star appear on screen alongside her tag team partner, Miranda Alize.
Tegan Nox, who was released from her WWE contract in November 2024 and previously discussed the possibility of joining AEW, appeared on AEW Collision under her Nixon Newell name, as her and Alize confronted Tay Melo and Anna Jay in a backstage segment.
Newell and Alize have now had their first match in AEW, with that taking place during the October 29 taping for the November 1 episode of Collision.
The tapings also saw the CMLL Women’s Championship on the line, with Mercedes Mone defending her title.
