A WWE star mentioned former two-time WWE Divas Champion AJ Lee in a warning message ahead of Money in the Bank 2025.
In what is typically one of WWE’s most anticipated events on their calendar – tonight’s WWE Money in the Bank event heads to the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, CA – with four matches set for the card including the men’s and women’s Money in the Bank ladder matches.
Arguably the favorite heading into the women’s ladder match is Naomi – with the veteran star’s entertaining new heel character seeing her stock rise on SmackDown.
Ahead of Money in the Bank, Naomi took to Twitter to send individual warnings to each of her five opponents – telling Roxanne Perez that she was going to call her “momma” AJ Lee.
Naomi wrote:
-@AlexaBliss_WWE I’m going to stomp you to 2 feet of fury
-@RheaRipley_WWE You’re getting ripped this time
-@roxanne_wwe I’m calling yo momma @TheAJMendez
-@Steph_Vaquer I’m sending you and them horns back to hell
-@giulia0221g The braids will be snatched

Naomi, Perez and Giulia teamed up to take on Stephanie Vaquer, Rhea Ripley and Alexa Bliss on last night’s WWE SmackDown, with Naomi abandoning Perez to allow the babyface team to pick up the win.
Elsewhere on the Money in the Bank card – John Cena & Logan Paul team up to take on Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso, Lyra Valkyria defends the Women’s Intercontinental Championship against Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins, Andrade, Penta, LA Knight, Solo Sikoa and El Grande Americano compete for the men’s Money in the Bank contract.
