WWE Star Spotted Backstage At Other Promotion’s Event

A current WWE star was spotted backstage at another promotion’s recent event, taking a photo with a former WWE star.

MLW held it’s annual Battle Riot show last night, which featured a surprise appearance from WWE Hall of Famer and former AEW star Mark Henry, who recently became a free agent.

Another rather interesting name was present backstage at the show, that being WWE Raw star Xavier Woods.

While Woods obviously didn’t appear on the show itself, he was spotted backstage in a photo with former WWE star Davey Boy Smith Jr (David Hart Smith).

Sharing a photo of the two on Twitter, Davey wrote:

It’s a NEW Day Yes it is!!! With @AustinCreedWins aka Xavier Woods.

Woods and Kofi Kingston have recently been involved in a rivalry with Karrion Kross and the Final Testament on Raw, with Kross teasing a future heel turn for the pair.

Woods also recently teased a crossover with a TNA Wrestling star following Jordynne Grace’s surprise appearance in NXT, which you can read more about here.
