A WWE star was thrown out and banned from the venue during tonight’s April 22 episode of WWE NXT in Las Vegas.
The main event of Stand & Deliver on WrestleMania Saturday saw Oba Femi retain the NXT Championship in a three-way match against Trick Williams and Je’Von Evans.
Femi appeared on tonight’s NXT to celebrate his win, saying he does have a new level of respect for Evans, but he’s still not a fan of Williams.
This led to Williams coming out and saying he wants a one-on-one match against Femi for the title.
However, the two of them were interrupted by the entrance of TNA World Champion Joe Hendry off the back of his WrestleMania match against Randy Orton.
Hendry and Femi ended up teaming together to take out Williams before teasing a potential champion vs champion match between each other.
Later, Williams was shown essentially throwing a tantrum and living up to his new “Crash Out Trick” nickname.
The announcers soon stated that NXT General Manager Ava had thrown Williams out of the arena and ordered him not to return.
The offixial NXT Twitter page posted:
BREAKING: After his actions backstage earlier tonight, @avawwe_ has told @_trickwilliams to leave the building and not return for the rest of tonight’s #WWENXT.
We’ll keep you posted if there are any further updates on Williams’ NXT status going forward.
