A WWE competitor has called Matt Riddle a “Brock Lesnar Wannabe”, and stated he is open to fighting the real Beast Incarnate.
With both athletes proficient in MMA and wrestling, Brock Lesnar and Matt Riddle have some key similarities. According to Bobby Lashley, Riddle is the inferior of the two.
Lashley fired shots on Twitter in response to a fan who was wondering if Lashley vs. Lesnar was a possibility. The powerhouse of The Hurt Business told the world that he’s ready for Lesnar, tweeting:
“Once I’m done taking out this Brock wannabe, as I’ve said for YEARS, I’ll take Lesnar whenever, wherever.”
Lashley retained his US Championship against Riddle on this week’s episode of Raw.
The King of Bros doesn’t seem to be done feuding with The Hurt Business, as Riddle called out MVP immediately after the title match. Lashley interfered with their match, spearing the “Brock Lesnar wannabe”.
There are rumours that Bobby Lashley and Matt Riddle will have a rematch at Royal Rumble, although Lashley is currently only scheduled for the 30-man Royal Rumble match.
