A WWE star lost a championship match at last night’s TNA Victory Road pay-per-view amid the crossover between companies.
On TV in recent weeks, a cross promotional feud has begun taking place between TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace and NXT’s Wendy Choo, who has formed an alliance with TNA star Rosemary.
Wendy laid out Grace during her TNA Knockouts Championship defence against Sol Ruca on this week’s NXT show ahead of a match against Grace for the title at TNA Victory Road.
Wendy’s match took place at the pay-per-view last night, with Grace scoring the victory over Choo to retain the TNA Knockouts Championship.
The show also saw Zachary Wentz, who scored the victory over Wes Lee at NXT No Mercy, lose his TNA X-Division Championship back to ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey.
Joe Hendry was also in action on the show, defeating Josh Alexander.
Choo is set to team up with Rosemary on next week’s episode of NXT, taking on Tatum Paxley and Lyra Valkyria.
