A new update has emerged on a WWE star seemingly set to undergo a character change in the coming weeks.
Last week on WWE Evolve, Wendy Choo entered therapy, speaking about how she felt like she’d lost her identity and teasing a new start.
On tonight’s episode, she visited therapy again, in particular praising AJ Lee‘s WWE Raw return promo bringing up therapy.
Choo said:
“When I saw AJ Lee talk about therapy on Raw, it was the first time in a really long time that I felt hope.
“I feel angry, I feel like I could run through a brick wall, I can finally be myself. I feel free.
“I get it now. I couldn’t move forward because I didn’t give myself compassion and understanding. I wasn’t connected to me.
“But that’s all going to change. And everyone, including Chantel Monroe, is going to see a whole new side of Wendy Choo.”

Wendy Choo has been in the WWE developmental system since early 2020, debuting on TV as Mei Ying later that year before being repackaged as Wendy Choo in NXT 2.0.
