WWE Star Comments On Not Getting A Fresh Start After The Draft

Many fans were hoping to see something new coming out of the WWE Draft. With so many performers switching brands, the landscape of WWE should have changed greatly. However, in the case of Seth Rollins, it looks like it will be more of the same, at least to start.

Rollins appeared annoyed on WWE’s The Bump where he stated he wanted SmackDown to be a fresh start for him. With the Mysterio family also moving to SmackDown, it appears as though we will have to wait to see something new. Here is the quote, courtesy of Cageside Seats:

“Yeah, you know, I was hoping that SmackDown would be a fresh start for me, but they [the Mysterios] don’t seem to feel that way… So I guess we’re gonna have to finish that unfinished business before I move on to whatever the next chapter – or the first chapter – as the Savior of SmackDown will be.”

Rollins and Rey Mysterio have been feuding since the Raw after Money in the Bank in May. For almost six months, their feud has continued. Rollins faced Rey Mysterio at Extreme Rules before facing Dominik in his debut at SummerSlam.
