A WWE star has called out Undisputed WWE Champion Drew McIntyre following his promo on last week’s SmackDown show.
On last week’s SmackDown, Drew McIntyre came to the ring for a promo, where he addressed the comments made in regards to himself and the WWE Championship during their promo that week on Raw.
Drew rallied behind the SmackDown roster, viewing Punk and Roman’s comments as a ‘declaration of war’ between the rosters, before he was then interrupted by Trick Williams, who took aim at Drew.
Speaking on 107.7 The Bone, Trick opened up on his comments towards Drew on last week’s show, letting him know he’s coming for his spot.
He said:
“First things first, Drew is absolutely right, we wanna be the top brand, the top show in the world, point blank period. Yes we’re competing with Raw, we’re competing with everybody who thinks they have wrestling programming. So yes we wanna be the best show.
“As far as Drew, it’s nothing personal, he’s just the guy that is in the top spot. I’ve got nothing but love and respect for Drew. When you think about guys who are supposed to hold that title, you wanna see a grown man, an alpha man, when you walk through the airport people turn their heads, he looks like the Scottish Warrior he is, and we appreciate that.
“That’s the type of guys who I wanna line up against, you know what I mean. I want two alpha males; lions, tigers and bears, oh my.
“Drew I’m coming for your spot. Let’s talk about it.”
