WWE Star Has First Ever Singles Match With New Ring Name WWE

A WWE star has now had their first match since receiving a new ring name and becoming a fully fledged character on TV.

NXT talent Anna Keefer recently updated her social media profile to reveal her new name, which WWE has since trademarked – Adriana Rizzo.

Rizzo has appeared numerous times on NXT TV over the past several weeks as a new associate of Tony D’Angelo and Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo.

She’s already had a big part to play in the ongoing Chase U “scandal” storyline, as she delivered a mysterious letter to Andre Chase which is what seemingly kicked everything off.

This past weekend, Rizzo had her first couple of matches under her new ring name at untelevised house shows.

In Sebring, she teamed with Valentina Feroz to pick up a win over Gigi Dolin and Izzi Dame.

The next night in Venice, Rizzo lost a singles match, which was actually her first ever singles match, against Lash Legend.

We’re likely to see Rizzo on tonight’s episode of NXT TV as the Chase U saga was promoted throughout Raw last night.

Tonight’s show was actually taped last week due to it being Thanksgiving tomorrow.

Two WWE main roster stars will be in title matches, as Xia Li challenges Lyra Valkyria for the NXT Women’s Championship, and Chad Gable challenges for Noam Dar’s Heritage Cup trophy.
