WWE Star Admits Getting People To Understand Promo Style Is Toughest Challenge WWE

A WWE star has admitted that the thing that’s the “most trouble” for him currently is getting people to understand his promo style.

“The Young OG” Je’Von Evans is among WWE’s most exciting stars in NXT at just 21 years old, already racking up PLE main events and most recently making several appearances on Friday Night SmackDown, including a show stealer against Sami Zayn for the United States Championship on September 26.

While Evans is a massively popular figure in NXT, he admitted that getting some members of the fan base to understand his promo style is a challenge for him.

Speaking with the Black Rasslin’ Podcast, Evans said:

“I think the thing that’s the most trouble with me is having people understand the way I talk.

“I’m still young so I’m not going to talk like an older mature wrestler you know what I mean? I’m gonna talk like a regular human being.”

Evans said the other thing he finds challenging in WWE is wrestling in front of different crowds and adjusting his style to meet their needs, mentioning specifically his recent match with Zayn and having to “dig in his bag” of moves to pull out something special and different on that night.
