WWE star Gunther is one of the most dominating and intimidating people in all of wrestling, and I didn’t really think it was possible for him to become more scary.

Thankfully, he’s proved me wrong by undergoing an amazing body transformation in time for his main roster debut last week on SmackDown.

As pointed out by Reddit user u/Hamzah12, Gunther is now in unbelievable shape. The user posted a side by side of Gunther in NXT and main roster Gunther.

As someone in the comments pointed out, Gunther’s billed weight has dropped around 30 pounds (13.5kg) in the past few months.

The report from Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio is that Vince McMahon requested that Gunther lose weight ahead of his SmackDown debut, and I think it’s safe to say he listened.

Gunther appears to be paired with Ludwig Klaus (formerly Marcel Barthel) on SmackDown, which is surprising as initial plans had them on separate brands after being called up from NXT 2.0. Check out the full report here.
