A WWE star has reacted to being the announcement of a ‘homecoming’ match in an outside promotion next month.
This year, WWE has partnered up with a number of outside promotions, with various current WWE stars competing in matches outside the company.
From Tavion Heights and Josh Briggs’ participation in NOAH’s N1 Victory tournament, to Charlie Dempsey and Karmen Petrovic’s upcoming matches in Bloodsport.
Back in October, World Tag Team Champions Finn Balor and JD McDonagh of the Judgment Day returned to Ireland’s OTT Wrestling promotion, and now another Irish star is set to return to OTT next month.
Today, OTT announced that Raw star Lyra Valkyria would be returning to the company next month.
The video announcing her return showed photos of Lyra’s time in OTT, and her tag team with Debbie Keitel, who will seemingly be involved in Lyra’s return, whether as an opponent or a partner.
Lyra is a former OTT Women’s Champion, holding the title back in 2019 before leaving to join NXT UK.
