WWE Star Injured In Untelevised Match

WWE Star Injured In Untelevised Match WWE

A WWE star appeared on television with a crutch as she was replaced in a previously announced match on tonight’s show (June 4).

On tonight’s episode of NXT, veteran star Natalya replaced Karmen Petrovic in a match against Izzi Dame.

While Vic Joseph on commentary referenced the change in plans, he also noted that Petrovic had been injured in a house show match over this past weekend – no further details of the injury were mentioned.

In the end, Natalya picked up the victory over Izzi Dame, seemingly providing her some retribution after losing to Dame’s former partner Kiana James on WWE Raw last night.

To end the finish, Natalya again said a vintage Owen Hart catchphrase as she did on last night’s WWE Raw, telling the camera ‘Enough is enough and it’s time for a change’.

Despite having told the same thing to the seemingly heel Sonya Deville on Raw, possibly teasing a heel turn for herself, Natalya still departed with babyface protege Karmen Petrovic tonight while smiling.

Elsewhere on tonight’s WWE NXT, there was a new role confirmed for one NXT star. You can click here to read more about that.
