A WWE NXT star made another appearance in TNA Wrestling on tonight’s airing of TNA Impact, losing out in his match.
Taking to the ring for a display of impressive technical wrestling, NXT star Charlie Dempsey tangled with TNA Wrestling’s Jonathan Gresham.
While the match itself was very mat based, after Gresham picked up the victory, Dempsey started a post-match brawl as the pair would go on to exchange strikes.
Dempsey would end up leaving the ring and scowling up the ramp as it appeared that the feud between them may not yet be over.
Charlie Dempsey previously made an appearance on TNA Impact both in a singles effort against Zachary Wentz and separately in multi-man matches alongside his No Quarter Catch Crew faction (Myles Borne and Tavion Heights).
Notably, Gresham’s real life wife Jordynne Grace was the first TNA star to appear in WWE in 2024, kicking off the partnership between the two companies.
Not only did Grace appear in the WWE Royal Rumble 2024 but she also successfully defended the TNA Wrestling Knockouts Championship against multiple NXT stars including Izzi Dame and Tatum Paxley.
