WWE Star Says Losing At WrestleMania 41 Would Be ‘Kind Of A Good Thing’ WWE

One WWE star is already putting a positive spin on the possibility of losing their match at WrestleMania 41 this weekend in Las Vegas.

Included on the seven-match card for night one of WrestleMania is the WWE Women’s Championship match with Tiffany Stratton defending against Charlotte Flair.

This match has been in headlines for the past couple of weeks after off-script comments they both made about each other.

In an interview with Gorilla Position, Stratton, making her Mania debut, spoke about what she thinks a loss to Flair would do for her career going forward.

She said:

“I don’t think it would derail me in the long run. I do think it would be time for me to reflect and go back to the drawing board and figure out what I need to do next. But I don’t think it would derail me in the long run. I’ve got at least like 10 more years in me.

“If anything it would actually be kind of a good thing, because I’m a year on SmackDown, and I feel like I don’t want to accomplish too much too soon to where I get boring.

“I just feel like if you run through SmackDown or Raw and you win a title so quickly, you kind of become boring if you don’t have a good storyline.

“So I do think this could be something different for me if I do lose, and again, I can just go back to the drawing board and see what I need to figure out.”

The main event of night one will be CM Punk vs Roman Reigns vs Seth Rollins, with the opener expected to be the World Heavyweight Championship match between Jey Uso and GUNTHER.
