One of the highlights of last week’s SmackDown was the Daniel Bryan vs. Cesaro match. While Drew Gulak and Shinsuke Nakamura seconded their respective partners, Sami Zayn was conspicuous in his absence.
Now, we know why he wasn’t on the show. Zayn revealed today that he has been out of action after having his wisdom teeth removed last week. He also revealed he has been eating nothing but pudding since.
In lighter news, I had my wisdom teeth taken out last week so I've been on an #AllPuddingDiet for days and now I'm ripped to shreds.

Zayn, of course, is the current WWE Intercontinental Champion. He most recently defended the title against Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania. Zayn likely won’t be out of action much longer as this is not a serious surgery.
Bryan was able to defeat Cesaro to qualify for the Money in the Bank match but it remains to be seen whether Zayn will attempt to qualify for the match as well and continue their rivalry.
The Money in the Bank pay per view is scheduled to air on May 10.
