A notable current WWE star has reportedly signed a new contract with the company after an impressive 2023.
‘Dirty’ Dominik Mysterio has been one of the most prominently featured WWE stars over the past year following his heel turn and joining the Judgment Day.
Mysterio has captured the NXT North American Championship two times this year, as well as competing in the most matches in the company, and his hardwork has been rewarded.
Per PWInsider, Mysterio recently signed a new WWE contract with the company.
Mysterio’s signing was said to have taken place a month or so back, and is believed by one source to be a five year contract.
A second source had confirmed that Mysterio had signed a new contract, though wasn’t sure on the length.
Dominik is set to be the first WWE opponent of CM Punk in almost a decade, with him set to face Punk at two upcoming live events on December 26 and December 30.
Numerous top WWE stars, including Drew McIntyre, Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch, are set to have contracts with the company coming up in 2024.
