WWE Star Reacts To Braun Strowman’s Controversial Tweets WWE

A WWE star has reacted to Braun Strowman’s controversial tweets.

Following WWE Crown Jewel, Braun Strowman took to social media to brag about his performance against Omos and talk down to “flippy floppers” who work a different style from the two giants.

Some fellow wrestlers like Mustafa Ali and Booker T weighed in with their take on Strowman’s comments, and now Baron Corbin has given his.

Speaking with Corey Graves on WWE After The Bell, Corbin addressed what Braun had to say.

He said:

“Yeah, I mean, I think ‘Do you,’ whatever it is, but stand behind it. If you cower and back down after, then you didn’t really mean it. You were doing it for clout, doing it for show, doing it for social media.

“If you’re going to go out and tweet, ‘I’m the greatest big man this business has ever seen,’ if you’re saying it, and you’re the one that’s having the title, no one else is saying it and you’re just full of crap.”

Corbin continued on to praise competitors like Rey Mysterio who have accomplished many things despite their size and stature.

In regards to Strowman, he said:

“He’s a good guy, if you will. So to go out and do that, I don’t understand it.”

“I think you should take pride in being a big man and putting on a show like that, but the minute you have to go out and tell people how good you are and make up your own star rating, I’m out.”

Braun Strowman is now in the ongoing SmackDown World Cup tournament after defeating Jinder Mahal in a first round match on the November 11 edition of SmackDown. The World Cup continues on tonight’s SmackDown when Ricochet faces Mustafa Ali and Sami Zayn goes one-on-one with Butch.
