Most wrestlers have a dream opponent, one wrestler from either the past or present that they would love to have stepped into the ring with.
However, WWE NXT star Grayson Waller has another idea, when he was asked which wrestler from the past or present he’d most like to face off with.
When asked in an UpNXT Q&A on WWE’s Snapchat about who his dream opponent would be, Waller didn’t name a match, but rather said that he would love to go back and forth with The Rock on the microphone.
Waller is currently the number one contender for Carmelo Hayes’ NXT Championship, with him set to face Hayes for the title at the NXT Spring Breakin’ event next Tuesday.
There was a lot of speculation about The Rock returning to WWE for WrestleMania 39 this year for a match with Roman Reigns, which ultimately never came to fruition.
