A WWE star has reacted to the messages of “hate” from fellow stars after their huge win at Saturday Night’s Main Event.
Among the biggest talking points from the return of Saturday Night’s Main Event on NBC was Chelsea Green capturing her firs-ever piece of singles gold in the company, defeating Michin to become inaugural WWE Women’s United States Champion.
After the win Green posted to Twitter saying she was going to Disney Land to celebrate her triumph, something that drew some amusing responses from many of Green’s colleagues on the SmackDown roster.
Naomi wrote:
I hope they kick you out lol
Bayley, who Green defeated in the semi-finals of the WWE Women’s US Title tournament responded:
I hope you’re too tall for all the rides
While Green’s Saturday Night’s Main Event opponent Michin wished upon bad weather for the new champion, writing:
I hope it rains the whole day
After the not so kind words from the SmackDown locker room, Green complied all the tweets together and called out her “haters”, writing:
Sippin on their haterade over there!!!!!
It’s hard to be on top.
JK I LOVE IT!
Green’s real-life husband Matt Cardona was unsurprisingly far happier to see Green come out victorious at Saturday night’s Main Event, with the result making the couple the first-ever to hold both mens and women’s United States Championship gold in WWE.
