WWE Star Reacts After Losing SmackDown Debut WWE

A WWE star has reacted after losing her SmackDown debut in the opening round of the Women’s United States Championship tournament.

Hours prior to last night’s SmackDown in Milwaukee, WI, General Manager Nick Aldis announced a tournament would be held to crown the first-ever Women’s US Champion.

The opening match of the tournament was the first on what was a packed show, pitting former WWE Women’s Champion Bayley against Candice LeRae and B-Fab.

The match was notable not just due to its championship implications, because it was also the SmackDown TV in-ring debut for B-Fab.

The 33-year-old, who had only previously competed on SmackDown via a dark match with Natalya back in April 2023, received a brand new solo entrance and put on an impressive showing in the three-way.

Unfortunately that would not translate to an upset victory, as B-Fab was pinned by Bayley, who progressed to the semi finals of the tournament as a result.

After the loss, B-Fab took to Twitter (see below) to send thanks to her supporters, vowing that last night was “just the beginning”:

We didn’t get the outcome we wanted tonight y’all, but it’s all good. All y’all support is gonna keep me going.

“This is just the beginning for us you already know. B-Fab is gonna be here for a while, y’all are gonna help me.

“Have my back. Stay in my corner. We’ll make this whole thing fabulous.”

While this was B-Fab’s SmackDown debut, she has competed on WWE TV several times previously, last wrestling in an Elimination Chamber last-chance battle royal on Raw back in February.

Since then B-Fab has competed solely in non-televised bouts, however, it seems that this is likely to change following last night’s SmackDown.

Speaking of non-televised matches, a surprise return took place after SmackDown went off the air last night – click here for full details.
