A WWE star has been replaced by a new champion after a big title vs. title match at WWE Roadblock (March 11).
In the main event of Tuesday’s show, reigning NXT Women’s North American Champion Stephanie Vaquer defeated NXT Women’s Champion Giulia to take home both titles.
Now, following this big title change WWE have updated their roster page banner, replacing Giulia’s image with on of Vaquer.
The timing of this change is particularly notable as it comes just a week after Giulia was added to the banner along with several other changes.
All stars featured on the last version of the banner have remained the same positions in the updated version, with no new renders used either, making this simply a swap of Giulia for Vaquer.
Following the title change it was reported that Giulia was dealing with both a “minor” Visa issue as well as an “undisclosed” injury, explaining why WWE opted to take the NXT Women’s Championship off her only 63 days after she won the title at NXT New Year’s Evil (January 7).
As a result of the change the 24 stars featured on the current WWE superstars banner are as follows: Liv Morgan, Damian Priest, Bianca Belair, Jey Uso, Tiffany Stratton, GUNTHER, Alexa Bliss, CM Punk, Randy Orton, Bron Breakker, Rhea Ripley, Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, Roxanne Perez, Logan Paul, Charlotte Flair, Drew McIntyre, Ricky Saints, John Cena, Oba Femi, Stephanie Vaquer, Seth Rollins, IYO SKY and Penta.
You can see both banners down below, with the updated version featured first and the previous version seen underneath.
