A WWE star is reportedly set to make their return to WWE television ‘soon’ after recently filming their role in an upcoming television series.
Former WWE Champion The Miz was announced as the host for the upcoming reboot of American Gladiators, which is also set to feature AEW stars Wardlow and Kamille, as well as former WWE star Rick Boogs among it’s cast.
Miz has not appeared on WWE TV in recent weeks due to him filming the show in London, but it seems as though his return to WWE television is set to take place soon.
Speaking on Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez noted that filming for season one and two of American Gladiators has now finished, and Miz should be back on WWE television soon.
He said:
“He should be back soon. They finished season one and two of American Gladiators – which is being taped in London, because why not. He should be back soon.”
Miz has been a part of an alliance with Carmelo Hayes on the SmackDown brand in recent months.
