WWE Star Returning With New Character After 8 Months Away

A WWE star is set to make their return to television with a new character soon after 8 months off television.

Back in July, the D’Angelo Family officially came to an end, when Tony D’Angelo, Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo and Luca Crusifino faced off in a Triple Threat match, which saw D’Angelo come out victorious.

The match would be the final match on NXT television for both Tony and Luca for a number of months until D’Angelo’s return to NXT back at Deadline, with Crusifino still yet to make his return to TV.

However, it seems as though Luca Crusifino has a new home and a whole new character, as a vignette for his return aired on tonight’s episode of WWE Evolve.

In the video, which you can see below, Luca is sporting a brand new character completely shed of any resemblance to his former gimmick as part of the D’Angelo Family.

Tonight’s WWE Evolve show also saw the official announcement that former WWE star Timothy Thatcher had made his return to the company to serve as the new General Manager for Evolve.
