A WWE star has returned to action after he was recently kicked out of a faction, leading to questions about his future.
On the May 27 episode of WWE NXT, Brooks Jensen was axed from The Culling when Izzi Dame struck him from behind with a steel chair.
There had been no hints in that direction throughout Jensen’s time in the group, especially as he’d been Shawn Spears’ protege for the longest out of all its members.
Given the abrupt nature of it, Jensen’s removal from the group led to some fans to questioning what his future would look like.
The Culling were back in action on NXT the following week on June 3, with Jensen nowhere to be seen.
Jensen has now returned to action for NXT, as he defeated Jamar Hampton in a singles match at tonight’s June 14 live event in Dade City.
Jamar Hampton is the new name for WWE LFG season one participant Troy Yearwood, who is considered one of the best pure athletes in the Performance Center system.
The main event of tonight’s live event saw Oba Femi retain the NXT Championship against Yoshiki Inamura.
