A WWE star has returned to TV after months of being absent on tonight’s episode of Monday Night Raw on the USA Network.
Following the addition of new 24/7 Champion Shelton Benjamin to the Hurt Business, MVP, Bobby Lashley and Benjamin headed to the ring for a promo.
They were interrupted by Cedric Alexander and Ricochet who they’ve had a few matches with in recent weeks.
As things escalated, MVP challenged them to a two-on-three handicap match, but Alexander and Ricochet had a surprise up their sleeve.
They said they had brought a partner along with them, and that man was Mustafa Ali, who was previously on SmackDown. This set up a six-man tag which Ali won for his team by pinning MVP.
Ali hadn’t wrestled since February and was the most rumoured name for the ‘hacker’ character that was involved in the Otis/Dolph Ziggler program, but that whole angle seems to have disappeared from TV.
