Former MMA fighter Marina Shafir is set have her first official match at an NXT house show in Largo, Florida.

Marina broke the news on Twitter saying:

Marina, along with Ronda Rousey, Shana Bayzsler and Jessamyn Duke comprise the four horsewoman of MMA, not to be confused with the four horsewomen of WWE, or riding side saddle which is for horsewomen, according to Victorians.

It was announced in May that Duke and Shafir had signed a deal with WWE bringing all four women under the same umbrella.

But until now Shafir has only appeared in the crowd cheering on Rousey or Bayzsler, or in backstage segments with fiance Roderick Strong and their baby boy Troy.
