Top WWE Star Suffers Injury At SummerSlam WWE

A top WWE star reportedly suffered an injury during their match at SummerSlam in Cleveland, OH.

Whether Roman Reigns’ return, Drew McIntyre’s win over CM Punk or The Judgment Day’s dramatic split – WWE SummerSlam has given fans plenty to discuss.

While the show featured many key storyline moments, it also saw three big title changes – with GUNTHER capturing his first World Heavyweight Championship and both Bron Breakker and LA Knight winning the Intercontinental and United States gold respectively.

Knight’s win was a particular cathartic one for the WWE fans and Knight himself, capping off what has been a meteoric rise for the Mega Star across the last year.

While Logan Paul’s loss of the US Title was celebrated by the majority of fans inside the Cleveland Browns Stadium, the match was an exciting one and another impressive outing for The Maverick.

Unfortunately for Paul however, it seems that it may have come at a cost, as it has been reported by Dave Meltzer via the Wrestling Observer’s Daily Update that the 29-year-old suffered “some form of injury” at SummerSlam.

Logan Paul’s injury was alluded to by Triple H in the SummerSlam post-show press conference where he noted that Paul and Jacob Fatu were both “banged up”.

There were no further details given regarding the extent of the injury in Meltzer’s report, however, we will provide further updates when more information becomes known.
