Matt Hardy is officially taking time away from the squared circle due to several injuries. The most notable being his pelvis and coccyx fusing together. He will undergo various treatments for his ills, including a new training regime to lessen the pain he currently experiences.
On Tuesday, Hardy posted a tweet bidding his partner Bray Wyatt farewell, officially putting an end to their Deleters of Worlds partnership. The Triple Threat Tag Team Match on Raw was the finale to their storyline.
Following several mysterious messages which seemed to point to his imminent retirement, it is currently unknown whether Hardy will return to the ring or if he’ll take a post as a WWE producer. The ‘Woken’ warrior has been shadowing those backstage to learn ropes in recent months.
Whatever Matt Hardy decides is best for his future, WrestleTalk wish him well in his recovery and hope he finds what best fits him going forward.
