Xavier Woods Teases Fight With Kenny Omega

While it may have been several weeks since we have seen him in AEW, one WWE star has seemingly issued a challenge to one suspended star.

Taking to Twitter to share a cryptic challenge, Austin Creed (well known as Xavier Woods in WWE) shared a scowling snap along with the caption:

“See you soon @KennyOmegamanX”

Before anyone gets too excited about Kenny Omega joining WWE, you will need to actually look at the photo below as it is clearly in reference to something more gaming related.

While the duo may soon be doing battle, it is likely only within the confines of Street Fighter as both are noted fans of the gaming franchise.

So while the WWE x AEW Forbidden Door remains closed as far as in-ring competition may be concerned, it is good to know that virtual fighting can still go on!

Kenny Omega remains out of public view after an alleged physical altercation after the last AEW pay-per-view, All Out and subsequent suspension.

While in the instance of the fracas after All Out that Kenny Omega is thought to have been involved in that he was attempting to shield CM Punk’s dog Larry from the chaos, another alleged altercation has popped off in AEW.
