Carmelo Hayes Teases NXT Sendoff Following North American Title Loss WWE

WWE star Carmelo Hayes has teased his NXT sendoff following the loss of the North American Championship.

On the September 13 edition of WWE NXT, Solo Sikoa defeated Carmelo Hayes to win the North American Championship in the main event.

This came mere days after Sikoa debuted on SmackDown as the newest member of The Bloodline.

Hayes has been discussed for a main roster call-up for months, but his first social media post following his loss may have teased just that.

The former two-time NXT North American Champion tweeted a photo of himself with the peace sign on stage at a concert with Kazeem Famuyide.

The picture can be seen below:

Carmelo Hayes signed with WWE in February 2021 and made his in-ring debut on the June 1, 2021 edition of NXT. He quickly became one of the building blocks of the 2.0 rebrand, won the 2021 NXT Breakout Tournament and became a two-time North American Champion.
