WWE Star’s Text To Partner Before Secret Return Revealed

A WWE star has reflected on their surprise return and shared a hilarious string of text messages with a fellow star.

Johnny Gargano took to Twitter to reflect on his return to WWE, which was amazingly kept entirely secret ahead of the big moment on this day in 2022.

Gargano wrote alongside his first post featuring a video of the shock return:

“2 years ago today, I was hiding in the Raptors locker room, waiting to return to @WWE 

“Only a handful of people knew I was in the building. Genuine surprises are rare in this day & age, but I’ll always be proud we were able to create such a cool moment!”

Also along with the post, Johnny Gargano posted a screengrab of a text conversation with his DIY tag team partner Tommaso Ciampa.

With the pair exchanging messages ahead of the surprise return, not only did Ciampa joke that he was going to tweet a spoiler about the plan, he also went on a bit of stroll to find Gargano.

The duo would go on to capture the WWE Tag Team Championship for the first time in their main roster stints last month, but only held the titles for 28 days before being beaten by the Bloodline.
