WWE Star Announced For Tournament In Another Company WWE

A WWE star has been announced to be participating in another wrestling company’s upcoming tournament.

WWE NXT stars have been no stranger to heading to other wrestling company’s recently, with the ongoing partnership between the gold brand and TNA Wrestling being the most notable example of this.

Another frequent collaborator however is Reality of Wrestling, the Texas based promotion owned and founded by NXT commentator and two-time WWE Hall of Famer Booker T.

Last month both Kale Dixon and Tatum Paxley competed at the ROW Breakout event, with others such as Lexis King, Trick Williams, Axiom, Roxanne Perez also making appearances in recent years.

The latest star to head to ROW is one of NXT’s newest faces, Carlee Bright, who has most recently been seen on TV teaming alongside Kendal Grey.

As confirmed via a post from ROW on Twitter earlier this week, Bright will get the chance to compete in the Sherri Martel Classic Tournament, which kicks off today (September 29).

Bright took to Twitter to comment on her participation in the tournament, writing:

Time to Brighten up Sunday Night!

Blessed to represent @WWENXT and bring a little bit of Sunshine to Reality of Wrestling tomorrow in the Sherri Martel Classic!

Bright’s opponent in the first round of the tournament is set to be Monica Monroe, otherwise known as Ladybird and Ladybird Monroe, who has competed on the independent ranks since 2021, most recently for OVW.
