WWE Star Roxanne Perez Turns Heel

After weeks of teasing a string of bad behavior, WWE star Roxanne Perez has fully turned heel on tonight’s episode of NXT Roadblock.

In a post-match attack on current NXT Women’s Champion Lyra Valkyria, former champion Roxanne Perez cemented that her evil streak was here to stay.

The second tag title match of Roadblock featured the WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions from SmackDown, the Kabuki Warriors, defeating Lyra Valkyria and Tatum Paxley to retain.

However after the match, Roxanne Perez struck from out of nowhere and attacked Valkyria.

Shoving Paxley out of the way, The Prodigy cemented her heel turn waging an attack on the NXT Women’s Champion.

Lyra Valkyria was shown being stretchered away from ringside (despite the apparent arm injury) and loaded into an emergency transport vehicle as Shawn Michaels and Ava watched on.

NXT GM Ava has already reacted to the fracas at ringside, writing on Twitter during the show:

“try this s**t on another show but certainly not on mine …”

It would seem that this is setting up Perez to challenge for Valkyria’s title at NXT Stand & Deliver on WrestleMania weekend
