WWE Star Undergoes Surgery

As announced via social media, WWE NXT star Carlee Bright recently underwent surgery.

With her last match on NXT television coming in July 2024, Carlee Bright shared the news via Twitter, revealing that she underwent surgery to get her tonsils removed.

Noting how it is her first ever surgical procedure, Bright wrote:

Tonsil free!! First time having surgery yesterday, and I’m so grateful it went so smooth.

Have a little bit of a road to recovery ahead, but here’s to popsicles & ice cream check back in soon! ~xoxo

Despite not competing on NXT since last Summer Bright has remained active inside the ring both in WWE and other promotions – competing on NXT live events, the now canceled NXT LevelUp, TNA and Reality of Wrestling.

Bright also appeared on WWE’s newest in-ring show WWE Evolve, teaming with Kendal Grey against Dani Palmer and Kali Armstrong.
