A WWE star has taken to social media to reveal that he has undergone successful surgery following an injury suffered during a match recently.
Arturo Ruas suffered an arm injury during a match against Kushida on the October 18 NXT, and has now provided an update.
He tweeted:
The surgery was successful now it’s time to heal and comeback stronger. For a warrior there will only be victory with a good fight and glory with honor.
Ruas’ current WWE status seems unclear. He was officially moved to Raw in the WWE Draft, but wasn’t used on the show after that and had the NXT match with Kushida just a couple of weeks later.
It’s been reported that he’d been backstage at Raw tapings but the belief was he still needed seasoning before becoming a full-time member of the main roster. We’ll keep you updated with any further news.
