
A WWE star has reflected on their history with the Motor City Machine Guns ahead of his upcoming match against them.
Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley finally made their WWE debuts on last night’s episode of SmackDown, competing in a three-way tag team match against A-Town Down Under and Los Garza.
The match was the second of two three-ways on last night’s show to determine the next challengers for the Bloodline’s WWE Tag Team Championship.
The earlier three-way bout saw DIY’s Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa score the victory over Pretty Deadly and the Street Profits, with DIY and MCMG set to face off next week.
Taking to Twitter following the show, Gargano shared a photo that he and Ciampa took with Sabin and Shelley backstage at an AIW event in Cleveland on August 1, before MCMG had signed with WWE.
He wrote:
