Popular WWE Star Reacts To World Heavyweight Championship Tournament Omission

The WWE Draft is now officially in the books, with the new rosters set to take effect on tonight’s (May 8) episode of Raw.

The show will feature the beginning of the tournament to crown the first new World Heavyweight Champion.

The participants in the tournament were revealed last night, with six stars from both Raw and SmackDown set for the tournament.

The names featured in the tournament are Seth Rollins, Cody Rhodes, Finn Balor, Damian Priest, Shinsuke Nakamura, The Miz, AJ Styles, Bobby Lashley, Sheamus, Edge, Rey Mysterio and Austin Theory.

WWE Raw star Chad Gable reacted to the brackets for the tournament, seemingly confused by his omission from the tournament to crown the new champion.

Gable and Otis were both drafted to the Raw brand in the Draft.

The tournament will kick off with two Triple Threat matches featuring the Raw stars, with the winners meeting in the main event to earn their spot in the match to crown the inaugural champion at Night of Champions.
