WWE Star Tony D’Angelo Written Off TV? WWE

It appears a WWE star may have been written off TV during tonight’s April 22 episode of NXT in Las Vegas, Nevada.

At Stand & Deliver, a six-man tag team match saw the D’Angelo Family take on DarkState.

A betrayal during the match saw Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo attack Tony D’Angelo with a crowbar, leaving D’Angelo to be beaten.

On tonight’s NXT, Lorenzo met up in the middle of nowhere with fellow D’Angelo Family member Luca Crusifino, who evidently has loyalties to both Stacks and D’Angelo.

As Crusifino arrived and began questioning Stacks, Stacks shut him down and asked, ‘Do you know why I invited you out here?’

Crusifino took a few seconds to respond, before saying “Oh, f…” as the segment cut to black.

It appears Stacks may have ‘taken out’ Crusifino, similar to how the D’Angelo Family have written people off TV in the past, namely Troy ‘Two Dimes’ Donovan when he was released, and Pretty Deadly when they were called up to the main roster.

Tony D’Angelo appeared in a later segment with Adriana Rizzo, who was conflicted as to whose side she should be on.

D’Angelo told Rizzo she needs to hide out at a safehouse while he and Stacks figure things out.

D’Angelo and Stacks will have a confrontation next week on WWE NXT about Crusifino’s whereabouts.

We’ll keep you posted with any further updates.
