WWE Stars Announce Engagement

Congratulations are in order for WWE’s Carmelo Hayes and Kelani Jordan, who today announced their engagement.

Taking to social media on July 5, the two WWE stars shared several pictures of the happy occasion, with Hayes getting down on one knee in Maui, Hawaii on July 1.

In the caption of their post on Twitter and Instagram, Jordan wrote:

I said yesss! And I’d say yes in every lifetime.

Both Jordan and Hayes previously shared time together as members of the NXT brand, however, Hayes was called up to SmackDown in the 2024 WWE Draft.

Jordan remains in NXT to this day, and much like Hayes did during his tenure on the brand, she has found championship success, becoming the inaugural NXT Women’s North American Champion at WWE Battleground in June 2024.

While Hayes has yet to capture gold on the main roster, he did win the 2025 Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal.
