Several WWE stars reportedly attended the 80th birthday party of Vince McMahon which took place yesterday, August 23.
McMahon reportedly had a “big party” at Gotham Hall in New York.
According to PWInsider, among the names in attendance from the current active WWE roster were John Cena, Sheamus and R-Truth.
There were also numerous names who are still affiliated with WWE in an outside the ring capacity, including Bruce Prichard, JBL, The Undertaker and Michelle McCool.
Other legends who attended included Kane, Gerald Brisco, Sgt Slaughter, and Vince’s son Shane McMahon.
Vince made a return to television a couple of weeks ago as he was interviewed for a TMZ show that aired on Fox and Hulu on the life of Hulk Hogan after Hogan passed away.
It later emerged that in the hours before the Hogan news broke, McMahon was involved in a traffic collision and has to go to court after he was issued a misdemeanor summons for reckless driving and following too closely resulting in an accident.
The sexual trafficking and abuse lawsuit filed by former WWE employee Janel Grant against McMahon and WWE in January 2024 is also still ongoing. You can keep up with updates at this link.
