WWE Stars Share Criticism Of Debut Ring Attire

Former multi-time WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day have shared criticism of their debut ring attire.

The New Day’s Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods and Big E are set to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of their debut as a trio. The three men have accomplished a lot as a unit with the group being 12-time WWE Tag Team Champions and two separate reigns with the WWE Championship for Kingston and E.

On the latest edition of WWE Break It Down, The New Day revealed that they hated their debut ring attire. They said:

“So this is our original gear. We don’t care for it. It did not hold up very well. This was our only set of gear that has not been designed by the man, the myth, the legend, Jonathan Davenport, our dear, dear friend.”

“Look at us. This is horrible, man. What an awful set of gear. It’s real bad. You know what, though? Being that we’ve had some of the greatest gear of all time to start out with the garbage.”

“Yeah. Really left us only with only up to go. This is true. This is strategic, right? We did this on purpose. It was a very easy choice. Well, we had to pick between one and two things to either put it in the garbage or in the trash,” 

It remains unknown when the special episode of WWE Raw to celebrate the 10 year anniversary of The New Day at the time of this writing.
