Following the weekend’s live events, two WWE stars have earned future title shots at the NXT & NXT Women’s Championships.
At New Year’s Evil 2025, Giulia defeated Roxanne Perez to win the NXT Women’s Championship. Later in the show, Oba Femi won the NXT Championship by defeating Trick Williams and Eddy Thorpe in a three-way.
Coming off the heels of his loss to Femi at New Year’s Evil, Eddy Thorpe regained momentum by picking up a win in a battle royal on the Saturday, January 11 NXT live show in Jacksonville, Florida.
With this victory, Thorpe will now get one more opportunity to get a shot at Femi’s title in the future.
On Friday, January 10 in Dade City, Florida, Lola Vice earned a future shot at the NXT Women’s Championship by also winning a battle royal.
Thanks to this win, Vice will now be the first challenger for Giulia following her victory over Perez at New Year’s Evil.
It is currently unknown if these victories will be acknowledged on WWE NXT TV at the time of this writing.
