WWE Stars Netflix Hoping To Feature Revealed WWE/Netflix

A number of WWE stars that Netflix are hoping to feature when WWE moves to the service in January have been revealed.

WWE Raw is set to move to Netflix on January 6, 2025, with all WWE content moving to the service worldwide.

With the Netflix move now just over two months away, WWE has begun filming new content ahead of the move, and we now have more information on WWE stars Netflix is hoping to feature on the show.

Per Fightful Select (subscription required), Netflix has, unsurprisingly, mentioned CM Punk, Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes as names on the men’s side that they are hoping to be featured on the show.

When Fightful reached out to WWE about it, they noted that the rosters are not decided as of yet, with one higher up joking that ‘Saudi wanted Yokozuna, we want Yokozuna back too, and I’m sure Netflix does too’.

Talent that spoke to Fightful haven’t been told what brand they will be on as of yet, or if there will be a determining factor in such.

In an interesting note, a number of talent from both Raw and SmackDown were at a Netflix commercial and video shoot on October 27, which included Baron Corbin, who departed the company on Friday.

Other talent that filmed there includes IYO SKY, Kairi Sane, Motor City Machine Guns, Elektra Lopez and numerous members of the LWO.

Fightful was told that Cody Rhodes and Netflix had also discussed a potential movie role, which didn’t end up coming to fruition.

The Intuit Dome in Los Angeles is expected to be the location of the first Raw show on Netflix.

Those at the venue had the event hyped up to them as a major one, though the company hasn’t given any particulars about the show.
