Plans For WWE Stars In Another Company Confirmed WWE

Two current WWE stars are set to face each other in another company next month, with plans for crossover matches also being revealed.

WWE NXT’s Charlie Dempsey recently announced that he was heading to Japan for a month, leaving Wren Sinclair to represent No Quarter Catch Crew in America.

Dempsey has now arrived in Japan for Pro-Wrestling NOAH, alongside fellow WWE NXT star Harlem Lewis.

Footage was shared by the Pro-Wrestling NOAH Twitter account, with Lewis revealing they’ll face each other in the ring, saying:

“We will showcase ourselves on October 4 in Nagoya, one-on-one in a singles match. You will remember us and you will remember what we do.”

With the fan appreciation ringing out, Dempsey would attempt to take the microphone, only for it to be snatched away by Lewis, who went on to state:

“And then, after that, we will be competing against members of the NOAH roster at Ryogoku Sumo Arena on October 11.

“It will be NOAH vs NXT.”

Dempsey would finally get his chance to speak, revealing what NOAH fans can expect from the future, saying:

“And after we’re done with that, we look forward to being back in Korakuen Hall and showing everybody how we handle ourselves in this ring”

The upcoming matches will be Dempsey’s first tour of Pro-Wrestling NOAH, with his previous time in Japan seeing him compete in AJPW.

Dempsey has previously taken his skills to GCW, competing at multiple Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport events throughout 2024 and 2025, with a record at the time of writing of four wins and one loss.

Lewis is a relatively new name to WWE fans, debuting back in March 2024 under his real name Vincent Whiney before undergoing a name change later that year.
