WWE Stars React To John Cena Retirement Announcement WWE

After he made a surprise appearance at tonight’s WWE Money in the Bank event, WWE stars have reacted to John Cena announcing his retirement.

As he was introduced by Money in the Bank host Trish Stratus, Cena made his return to WWE for the first time since WrestleMania 40 week to deliver some big news.

John Cena announced his retirement and left both WWE fans and fellow stars with the same note – if they want some, they better come get some now before he is gone.

Cena confirmed 2025 will mark his in-ring retirement, with Royal Rumble, Elimimation Chamber and WrestleMania all being his final outings at those events.

Various WWE stars struck while the iron was hot and called out their desire for matches with John Cena on the Farewell Tour 2025.

Omos left no time to spare as he tweeted:

Baron Corbin tagged John Cena in his own tweet, writing:

“Not gonna lie… I want some!”

Big Bronson Reed wrote:

“Big match John can get this work”

Grayson Waller wrote alongside a photo of himself in the ring with John Cena from last year’s Money in the Bank:

“Before you leave…….”
